Our new website focuses on e-learning, allowing students to add-value to taught classes. The Chinese version is designed for intermediate-level non-Chinese students and Hong Kong students. The English version is specifically aimed at non-Chinese beginners.

The weekly listening room
The aim is to provide weekly updated content discussing news events and topics of interest so that students can improve their aural comprehension. Links to transcripts will be provided so that students can work their way through difficult passages on their own. Where appropriate, these drills can then be used as a basis for further practice and discussion in the classroom. We hope that the listening room will not only enhance classroom time, it will also be an excellent tool for students to broaden their vocabulary and listening skills.

The Putonghua colloquialism Room
With regular updates, the Putonghua colloquialism Room will provide simple dialogues and sentences in everyday Chinese. Regular use will help students become familiar with, and use, ordinary spoken Chinese.

The Drill Room
Exercises and pronunciation drills allowing students to practice basic skills in their own time.
